Before any solution gets designed, the problem needs to be properly understood. I work with your team to frame the right questions — translating client ambitions into a precise discovery brief that produces useful answers, not just stakeholder opinions.
Deliver the research
I take the brief and do the work. Customer interviews, behavioural analysis, SQL-based data analysis and synthesis of existing research — qual and quant working together to build a clear picture of what the client should be solving for.
Validate the direction
Before the client commits to a build, I validate whether the proposed solution is the right answer to the right problem. Experimentation, usability research and data analysis to test assumptions early, when changing course is still cheap.

Yes. I work under your agency’s banner and never contact your client directly unless you specifically ask me to. Your client sees your agency’s work. How you represent my product management involvement is entirely your call.
I’ll tell you upfront if I’m already working with a direct competitor in the same space. If there’s a genuine conflict I’ll say so before we agree anything. If there isn’t, I’ll confirm that too.
Day rate or fixed project price depending on the work. I invoice you directly. Payment terms are 14 days.

I use AI to support research synthesis, generate analytical artefacts and synthesise discovery findings. Client data is never shared in a way that trains models. If your client has specific AI policies I can work within them.
